Meet Our Founder

Scott Tushaj is the Founder of HR-Talent Exchange and a Senior HR advisor with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

He has partnered with multinational and high-growth organisations to design scalable talent strategies, modernise recruitment functions, and build high-performing teams.

His expertise spans executive search, talent acquisition transformation, recruitment blueprint design, HR digitalisation, and advanced interviewer training.

Scott is also the Founder of talent.al, where he pioneered Embedded Talent Acquisition in Albania, redefining how regional companies scale with structure, speed, and precision.
