Applications are reviewed by the HR-Talent Exchange team during business days. If you don't receive a response to your application, please reach out to the team by emailing hrte@talent.al

I want to invite a friend to HR-Talent Exchange. Why can’t I add them?

If you know a friend or colleague in Human Resources who you think should join the HR-Talent Exchange, we encourage you to invite them to sign up right here on our website.

What level of commitment is required?

It’s entirely up to you! The platform has no fixed schedule - you can jump in whenever it suits you. Whether you have questions about the latest HR trends or need support with specific challenges, just post in the relevant channels. Someone with expertise in that area will step in with practical solutions. You’re always welcome to share your insights or ask for help!

What happens after I register?

To keep our community exclusively dedicated to HR professionals, our team carefully reviews every membership application. This process prevents outsiders from joining and verifies that you are who you say you are - ensuring a secure, focused environment built for HR.
