To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, all members of the HRTE Community are expected to follow and respect the guidelines below. Our policy is final: any violation will be reviewed and may result in removal from the community.

NOTE:: HRTE is not a platform for legal advice. On sensitive topics (such as workplace harassment, compliance, etc.), community members do not provide legal counsel and should not be held liable for any guidance shared.

Be Kind

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, all members of the HRTE Community are expected to follow and respect the guidelines below. Don’t worry – the rules are simple and clear. Our policy is final: any violation will be reviewed and may result in removal from the community.

Be Respectful

Never post anything a reasonable person would find offensive, abusive, or hateful. Stay professional. Avoid inappropriate, indecent, or sexually explicit content.

Keep conversations within the community

HRTE is a safe space to ask questions and share insights. Please keep all discussions within the community – do not share them outside the platform.

No Sales or Promotion Allowed

Selling or promoting products/services is strictly prohibited. Sales activities, marketing, or contact-building for lead generation are not permitted!

HRTE is exclusively for HR Professionals and individuals in the field – not companies. The purpose of this community is education and peer support. No sales are allowed in public channels, private groups, or direct messages.

This rule includes (but is not limited to):

  • Promoting products, services, companies, consulting, or recruiting community members – except through approved postings, partnerships, or sponsorships authorised by HRTE.
  • Pushing surveys for product research or content creation.
  • Offering “free materials” that require personal data collection.
  • Using the platform for unsolicited marketing of any kind.
