Meet Our Founder

Scott Tushaj is the founder and driving force behind the HR-Talent Exchange Community. A trusted HR advisor with two decades of international experience helping organisations attract, hire and scale world-class teams.

Scott built his career across the UK, Southeast Asia and Europe, partnering with major MNCs and complex organisations undergoing transformation and growth. His expertise spans executive recruitment, modernising talent acquisition, designing recruitment blueprints, leading HR digital transformations and training leaders and internal recruiters in elite selection practices.

Scott is also the founder of talent.al, pioneering Embedded Talent Acquisition in Albania and setting a new benchmark for how regional companies build and scale teams with speed and precision.
