Agreement between User and www.hrte.talent.al
Welcome to www.hrte.talent.al (“the Site”). The Site is sponsored, owned, and operated by talent.al Shpk. (“HRTE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By using the Site, you agree to all such Terms. Please read them carefully.
The HR-Talent Exchange (HRTE) platform is a professional membership network and online learning community.
HRTE is a regional HR network designed to empower HR and Talent professionals across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. Members connect with peers, access exclusive content, participate in events, join a private online forum, attend workshops, and take courses from industry experts. HRTE offers both free and premium paid memberships.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to the HRTE Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and manage user data. Please review the Privacy Policy for more information.
Electronic Communication
By visiting the Site or sending emails to HRTE, you agree to receive electronic communications. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communication provided electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.
HRTE does not sell, rent, or lease member information to third parties. HRTE may share data only with trusted partners who assist in operations such as customer support, email communication, statistical analysis, or event logistics. These partners are required to protect your data and use it only for supporting HRTE services.
HRTE may disclose personal information without notice if required by law, to protect HRTE’s rights or property, or to protect the safety of HRTE users or the public.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not transfer your account to another person or entity. HRTE is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from theft or misappropriation of your account. HRTE reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove content at its sole discretion.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All membership purchases are final. No refunds are provided.
However, if HRTE determines that a member does not meet the professional criteria required for participation in the network, HRTE may cancel the membership and issue a refund.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may include links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). HRTE is not responsible for the content, updates, or privacy practices of Linked Sites. Links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement by HRTE.
Certain HRTE services may be delivered through third-party platforms. By using such services, you consent to HRTE sharing necessary information with these partners as required to deliver the service.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that:
is unlawful or violates these Terms,
damages or impairs the Site, or
interferes with another user’s experience.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) is the property of HRTE or its partners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Site content without HRTE’s written permission.
Use of Communication Services
The Site may include forums, discussion boards, chat groups, and other communication areas (“Communication Services”). You agree to use these responsibly and only to post material related to the purpose of the Service.
You agree not to:
harass or violate the rights of others
post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material
upload files with malware or viruses
upload copyrighted material without permission
conduct advertising or commercial promotions unless allowed
impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
collect information about other users without consent
HRTE is not obligated to monitor the Communication Services but reserves the right to review and remove content at its discretion.
HRTE Member Release
HRTE may film, photograph, or record events and activities for promotional and business purposes. By attending HRTE events, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, voice, and image in any media, in perpetuity, without additional consent or compensation.
Materials Provided to HRTE
HRTE does not claim ownership over content you submit (feedback, suggestions, posts, uploads, etc.). By submitting content, you grant HRTE and its partners the right to:
use
copy
distribute
display
edit
and publish
your submission as needed for HRTE operations.
No compensation will be provided for submitted content. You warrant that you own the rights to any content you provide.
Third-Party Accounts
If you connect your HRTE account with external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), you consent to sharing relevant information according to your settings on those platforms.
International Users
HRTE operates within Albania, with services extended to Kosovo and North Macedonia. If you access the Site from outside these countries, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HRTE, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albania, unless local laws require otherwise. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator selected by both parties.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final.
Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be resolved individually, not as part of a group, class, or collective action.
Liability Disclaimer
The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HRTE does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Site.
HRTE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site.
If you are dissatisfied with the Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
Termination
HRTE may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any legal disputes (outside of arbitration) shall be brought before the competent courts of Tirana.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and HRTE regarding the Site and supersede all previous agreements.
Changes to Terms
HRTE may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
